Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping & Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.
